Our focus is to partner with both hotel chains, caravan parks and private hosts to deliver a suite of properties and accomodation options specifically for first line responders. The key of course is just not access: but a first line responder Australia discount!

BIG 4 Holiday Parks are one of our partners. As a result you don’t need to pay for your own BIG 4 membership: we cover the membership when you join. So you secure BIG 4 Parks for free!
And by doing so you get access to over 300 parks Australia wide and a raft of associated discounts.

There is no lottery or ballot system with us. Just a dedicated portal and booking platform for members.
Five Star
We appreciate all too well that accomodation options for first line responders are limited. In some states the accomodation is booked out, or first line responder families need to enter a ballot to get a weekend away with the kids. There are no ballots with us. Just dedicated properties so make sure you check them out.
The other great aspect of our model is that home owners who are looking to list their properties through an Air BnB or Stayz still do so, but we promote them as First Line Responder Friendly. That means our members secure a benefit and the owners secure repeat guests who they know look after and value their property: as opposed to screening random guests.
